“ On 3/6/08 rain Control Aluminum installed gutters and downspouts on my home in Citrus County. On December 2020 I discovered that a corner joint had opened up and was leaking and causing the soil to erode underneath it. I called Rain Control Aluminum only to find out that it had been purchased by Darren and his wife and it is now called Rain Control Gutters. Without any hesitation Darren said he would have his son Drew inspect and if necessary repair the defect even though the original repair was 12 years ago by a different company prior to his ownership.

I’ve been around for 79 years. This is exceptionally superior customer service!!!
